Account Deletion

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time — either yourself in the app, or by email.
How to request deletion in the app
- \ Open the Profile tab.
- \ Scroll down to the block containing the Delete account button.
- \ Tap it and confirm in the dialog that appears.
How to request deletion by email
If you have lost access to the app, send a message to support@kompanionki.org with the subject “Account Deletion”, from the address the account is registered to. Confirmation from the registered address is required so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.
What happens after you confirm
- \ Your account is deactivated immediately — your profile stops being visible to other members.
- \ Data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
- \ If you sign in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored.
What is deleted
- Profile: name or nickname, age, city, preferences, profile photo.
- Messages, and photos and videos sent in chats and groups.
- Your likes, connections and group memberships.
- Sign-in credentials.
- Events you created, together with those events’ attendee lists; and your going / interested RSVPs to other members’ events.

About financial records
Donations are accepted on our website only — the app has no donation feature. So if you have never donated via the website, we hold no financial records about you at all, and deleting your account in the app leaves nothing behind except moderation records, if any exist.
Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches our systems. We retain only the minimum required for accounting purposes.
How long it takes
Deletion completes within 30 days of a confirmed request.
