1. Acceptance
By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Eligibility
The app is intended solely for women aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Registration and verification
You agree to provide truthful information when registering.
Selfie-based identity verification is optional and is not active today. When it is enabled, declining verification will not restrict your access to the community: profiles without verification remain full members. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Code of conduct
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of these Terms.
5. User content
You are responsible for the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to operate the app.
6. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited: harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, fake accounts, spam, commercial solicitation, hate speech, and posting illegal content.
7. Donations
Donations to the NGO are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Funds are used exclusively for the organisation’s statutory purposes.
Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Your payment card details are handled solely by that provider and never reach our systems. We do not store personal data about donors.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee matching or companionship outcomes and are not liable for members’ actions outside the platform. You interact with other members at your own risk.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or delete an account for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved under applicable Ukrainian legislation.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website and the effective date updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
