You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
By email. Send a message to support@kompanionki.org with the subject “Account Deletion”, from the address the account is registered to. Confirmation from the registered address is required so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.
[NEEDS CONFIRMATION: in-app account deletion is not yet implemented. This section will be updated when it ships in a released build — until then we do not claim it exists.]
What is deleted
- Profile: name or nickname, age, city, preferences, profile photo.
- Messages, and photos and videos sent in chats and groups.
- Your likes, connections and group memberships.
- Sign-in credentials.
What is retained, why, and for how long

Donation financial records contain no personal data. We do not store a donor’s name, email, IP address or payment card details — card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches our systems. These records therefore cannot be linked back to you as an individual.
How long it takes
Deletion completes within 30 days of a confirmed request.
